When you get your card from the Bank

After choosing a product/service, during the payment itself, be careful that the website does not redirect you to another website that does not have the https:// mark. In this case, cancel the payment / do not enter the necessary data for making the payment.

Can the daily limit of a card be changed?
Yes, the bank offers the possibility to change the daily limit of the cards according to the needs of the customers. Customers have the opportunity to change the daily limit of all transactions or to set a separate limit for ATM withdrawals and a separate limit for purchases in trade.

Can one card be used by more than one person (for example, members of my family)?
The card is used exclusively by the person whose name is on the card. If you want your loved ones to have access to the funds from the debit and/or credit card account, request the issuance of additional cards for them.

I forgot the PIN code of the card. What do I need to do to get the PIN code?
If you have forgotten your PIN code, you will need to personally submit a request for reprinting a new PIN code in one of the Bank's branches.

What should I do in case I lose my card?
If your card is lost or stolen, you must immediately report it to the Card Service at tel. 02 3203 555 which is open for phone calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.
