Credit-guarantee scheme from the Grant Fund through the Development Bank of Northern Macedonia.
- possibility to guarantee up to 80% of the amount of working capital loan
- possibility to guarantee up to 50% of the amount of working capital loan
TARGET GROUP
The product package Development Bank (Guarantee Fund) is intended for micro, small and medium companies:- based in the Republic of Northern Macedonia
- at least 50% in private property
- which are classified with category A according to the credit register
- whose main activity in the current situation is leasing, financial services, games of chance and production of tobacco, drugs and other narcotics, production and distribution of weapons or military equipment and real estate trade
- who have not applied and received another loan covered by this loan scheme
MAXIMUM LOAN AMOUNT
- 30.750,000 denars
REPAYMENT PERIOD
- up to 8 years for basic assets
- up to 3 years for current assets
INTEREST RATE
- Not higher than 5.00% per year
GRACE PERIOD
- Up to 1 year
SECURITY
- Bill of exchange from the loan user valued by the owners who have at least 10% of the basic principal of the loan borrower with a bill of exchange statement, which regulates the rights and obligations on the basis of a bill of exchange in the form of debt of one of the owners who have at least 10% from the basic capital of the borrower also solemnized by a notary public.
- Other security instruments in accordance with the Bank's assessment (real estate mortgage, etc.)
